Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check?

No, we only accept online payment methods.You may use your Paypal account, amazon account or credit or debit cards.

Can I pay using PayPal?


Yes, We accept PayPal. You can also pay with your credit cards or debit cards by using paypal

Do you combine shipping?


Yes we do combine shipments. All our shipping rates are calculated live through our shipping carriers portals and you can get deeply discounted rates when you buy extr items.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship to some select countries. Please contact us ICYDEALS for a custom shipping quote. If shipping is going out of the states the customer is responsible for any tax or duty fees. IcyDeals does not have control nor does it collect any fees. Please check with your customs office for fees.

What happens after I have paid for my item?


Orders are processed each day Monday thru Friday. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after submitted. You will be receiving tracking number to track your package.

What shipping methods do you have available?


We offer standard and expedited shipping services. We use several freight carriers depending on your location and the product being shipped. For all small packages, we us UPS, FEDEX and USPS.

When can I expect my order to arrive?


After your order has been processed and shipped, arrival time usually takes 1 - 10 business days depending on your order and location. We will email you the tracking numbers and the carries information. You may track the package through carriers website.

Do I have to pay sales tax?


All California Customers must pay sales tax.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?


Yes, local pick up is available for all our products. Please call us at 310-634-8989 or email us at info@icydeals.com to make arrangements.

What is your return policy?


We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, simply return the item and we will refund your cost. Please obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from one of our customer service associates before placing a return.Returns Authorization can take 24-48 hours to process. Please allow us 10 - 15 busniess days to receive the item and process the refund.

Do you charge restocking fees?


We may charge 20 - 80 % restocking fees depending on the item condition.
